Dit Da Jow | Healing Aid

Dit Da Jow (Fall Hit Wine) is an external liniment primarily used in martial art practice as a healing aid. Combat arts can be rough on the body with bruises, muscle strain, and tendon pain. When used properly this liniment can speed up the healing process after long sessions of conditioning legs and arms. It's appropriate to apply before as well as after iron body/bridge training.

Application
Pour a small amount into your palm and work the liniment it into the affected area pushing away from the heart. Repeat.
