The 12" rattan ring is the classic size for martial art training. Prized by Wing Tsun practitioners for its technique flow ability the 12" ring is an essential tool for any serious solo practitioner. Small to medium sized rings enable practitioners to flow from one technique to an other while keeping the hands within the same gate.
